Overall good, one minor issue

I signed up for Barchart Premier recently, mainly for the Real-time Stock Quotes and the ETF Screener. The general experience was positive; data was definitely real-time and the screener had good filters. I thought the interface was pretty clean and easy to use. My main issue was that sometimes the charts took a second or two longer to load on a busy Monday morning compared to quieter times, which wasn't a huge deal but noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the Excel Add-in feature, so that was good. It's a solid platform for the price, especially with the annual discount, but those minor chart delays could be improved.

I've been using Barchart for a while now, mostly for Futures Market Data and Commodity Prices. This time I renewed my annual subscription for Premier. It's always been consistent. I rely on their Agribusiness Solutions for my work. Data is always accurate and available when I need it. The charts load quickly, just like before. No surprises, which is exactly what I want from a data provider. It's solid and I keep coming back for the reliability.

Easy to check my stocks

I just needed a quick way to check my stocks and some market news. Barchart worked out. Their site was pretty easy to navigate, found the Market News without much fuss. Looked at some Volume Leaders and the Heatmaps. Everything loaded up fast. It was a good experience, kept me updated on what's going on.
